All area folk with lore are welcome to come sign up and tell a story from the heart/mind/brain. Sharing our stories - especially those stories not well known by the mainstream - is more important than ever.
Your guidelines for sharing? Keep it off the cuff (working from memory), and keep it no longer than 8 minutes or so. It can be a story you've created, one you've experienced, or even a favorite piece of folklore.
Your guidelines for enjoying? Just show up and get tangled in the yarns that shall be shared.
$5 suggested donation. Come tell a story from the heart or be a supportive listener, and boom!, you are part of living folklore.
Dirtgod Raven Mack will be your host, and will do his best to make all speakers - whether grizzled veteran stage performers, or someone telling a story in public for the first time ever - feel welcome and safe in sharing their lore.
